I love riding my motorcycle. I also love sharing my experiences on the motorcycle with others. This blog gives me the chance to describe the trips I, and often my wife, get to enjoy. Hopefully, our trips are motorcycle accident free. So far so good!
Motorcycle ride in the Alps 2008 In the summer of 2008 my wife Sherry and I, along with our sin, Greg and his girlfriend, Janine, rode motorcycles throughout the Alps region of Europe. While I have ridden a motorcycle in this area a number of times before, this was my favorite trip. We hit Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy over a two week period. This is a summary of our trip including what I consider to be highpoints. It is a longer than usual blog and will only be of interest to those who long to experience the beauty of this wonderful region. You don't have to be a motorcycle rider to enjoy this area, but, in my opinion, it sure helps! |
